Firstly, can you make time for this process?

Time you have, but you need to develop the discipline to focus your thoughts as you do when trying to solve a puzzle. Use the time spent stuck in traffic, on a train, walking, watching TV, and even when you are trying to go to sleep.

Your mind is capable of creating some headspace for you to day dream in, and this is the time and place you need to work in. It would be great if you have an hour or two of quiet 'me' time to work with, but it wont be a problem if you don't.

Secondly, do you have access to the internet?

You will need access to on-line resources and books on symbols. The reason has to do with providing your unconscious mind with opportunity to allow information to rise into awareness and become knowledge you can work with. A decent mobile phone can be sufficient to get onto the net.

Thirdly, do you have the motivation and attitude of someone desperate to change? The Path is tough, which is why some call it the Great Work.

Lastly, DECIDE!  You either want to wake up or you don't. We charge by the hour on a pay-as-you-go basis, so that we can be there for you when you need us.
